Local
Brent Peterson was raised on the Central Coast, in northern San Luis Obispo County. After completing his schooling in San Diego, Mr. Peterson returned to the area in 2005 to practice law and raise his family. Mr. Peterson is fortunate that his able to work closely with his beautiful, loving wife, Araceli, both in his law practice and as they raise their family, proudly consisting of Sabrina, Ethan, Natali and Serena.
Qualified
In 2000, Mr. Peterson graduated with a B.A. in French Literature from UC San Diego. After working for nearly two (2) years at Qwest Communications, Inc., Mr. Peterson attended law school in the Fall of 2002. During law school, Mr. Peterson worked as a law clerk for attorneys on civil litigation matters.
Experienced
After graduating from California Western School of Law, and upon passing the bar exam in 2005, Mr. Peterson continued to work with prominent local attorneys on matters focusing on real estate litigation and transactional work. Some of Mr. Peterson’s transactional projects included drafting recordable real estate documents, preparing revocable trusts and incorporating small businesses.
